A Career that Empowers You to Build Your Future
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager of Legal Technology to drive the strategy and execution of mission-critical platforms across Lennar's Legal Technology portfolio. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can own a multi-platform roadmap — including Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), ServiceNow – Legal Service Delivery (LSD), Legal Tracker, and DocuSign — lead a blended team of Technical Analysts and staff augmentation partners, and represent Corporate Systems in front of executive stakeholders. You will direct the responsible scaling of AI-powered application development (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) from proof-of-concept into governed, production-grade capability, and translate legal complexity into a coherent technology strategy.
This is a rare opportunity to lead at scale, shaping critical outcomes while demonstrating exceptional ownership, product craft, and strategic clarity.
Your Responsibilities on the Team
Own the multi-year product roadmap and strategic vision for Legal Technology platforms, including Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), ServiceNow – Legal Service Delivery (LSD), Legal Tracker, and DocuSign.
Set prioritization frameworks and OKRs across concurrent workstreams, balancing platform implementation, integrations, and AI initiatives against business value and risk.
Define the enterprise integration strategy connecting legal systems with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and eSignature tooling, ensuring architectural coherence as new systems are onboarded.
Partner with the Director, Corporate Systems to shape long-range technology strategy for Legal Technology, including build-vs-buy and vendor rationalization decisions.
Set strategy and governance for AI-powered application development using Anthropic Claude and OpenAI APIs, scaling proven use cases — contract review, document extraction, entity screening, matter classification — from proof-of-concept to production.
Establish evaluation frameworks, quality thresholds, and responsible-use guardrails for AI outputs used in legal workflows.
Direct prioritization of high-value automation opportunities across the portfolio and represent AI initiatives to executive and compliance stakeholders.
Lead and develop a team of Technical Analysts and staff augmentation partners, managing augmented resources as full extensions of the internal team.
Coach team members on technical delivery, stakeholder management, and career growth; conduct performance reviews and support hiring and onboarding.
Manage vendor relationships and contract performance for platform providers and implementation partners, escalating and resolving delivery risk.
Serve as the senior liaison between Legal and Corporate Systems leadership, translating technology capability into business outcomes for VP- and executive-level audiences.
Own executive status reporting, business cases, and staffing proposals; present roadmap, risk, and investment recommendations to leadership.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Legal Operations, Compliance, and IT stakeholders on shared priorities and dependencies.
Own platform governance, access management, and audit readiness across the legal technology portfolio, including compliance-critical workflows such as signature authority and entity screening.
Establish and monitor SLAs for Level 2/3 support, driving root-cause resolution and continuous improvement across the team.
Identify and champion process and automation improvements that materially reduce manual effort or improve data quality across legal operations.
Your Toolbox
Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
6+ years of experience in technical product management, systems implementation, or platform ownership within a corporate legal, compliance, or enterprise technology environment, including 2+ years leading a team.
Demonstrated experience owning a multi-platform product roadmap spanning legal technology (Legal Tracker, Mitratech, Wolters Kluwer, or comparable matter management/eBilling systems).
Experience directing CLM implementations (e.g., Ironclad, Conga, Icertis, ContractPodAi).
Experience managing ServiceNow-based delivery, particularly the Legal Service Delivery module, including intake configuration, matter routing, and workflow automation.
Deep experience directing AI-powered application development (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or equivalent), including governance and evaluation of production AI systems.
Strong grasp of SQL and at least one scripting language (Python or JavaScript preferred), sufficient to guide technical teams and evaluate solution design.
Familiarity with eSignature platforms (DocuSign preferred) and Salesforce.
Experience leading teams that include staff augmentation or consulting partners (e.g., TCS, PwC), managing them as an integrated extension of the internal team.
Systems thinking at a portfolio level: able to connect legal business strategy to a coherent enterprise technology roadmap.
Executive-level written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting strategy, risk, and investment recommendations to senior leadership.
Collaborative, low-ego leader who builds trust and influence across legal, technology, and vendor teams.
Comfort with ambiguity and change; able to bring structure and focus to evolving environments.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models, with proficiency in GitHub or equivalent portfolio and project tooling.
We're looking for a leader who is both hungry to drive meaningful impact and humble enough to continuously learn and grow alongside their team.
Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
