SALARY: £35,000 per annum
HOURS: Full Time, 40 hours per week, working 1 weekend in 5.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Assistant with a background in painting and decorating to join our friendly and supportive team of six. This is a varied and hands-on role, providing general maintenance support across the Bamford Collection, including our farm site and pubs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Carrying out painting and decorating work to a high standard
Supporting general maintenance tasks across multiple sites
Assisting with upkeep and repairs to ensure facilities remain safe and well-presented
Travelling between the farm and our pubs when required
Working collaboratively as part of a small, dedicated team
SKILLS ARE REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in painting and decorating
A practical, hands-on approach to general maintenance tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude
Full, clean driving licence preferred, due to travel between sites
