JOB DESCRIPTION

Designation: Technical Application Analyst - Lifecycle Solutions

Desired Profile:
1.    Graduates with Science/Engineering background is preferred. Specialization in Chemistry/Chemicals or Printing technology.
2.    6-10 years of experience in the printing industry, with a strong background in offset products like Inks, coatings, Chemicals, Blankets & Rollers. Hands-on experience in technical support is preferred.
3.    In-depth understanding of Sheetfed Offset Printing Process, applications, and compatibility with various substrates and printing methods.
4.    Excellent communication skills to conduct training sessions on application techniques, best practices, and equipment maintenance. Ability to provide clear guidance on Press Room Products handling, storage, and safety precautions.
5.    Willing to travel, interpersonal skills and teamwork are essential part of the job
Job Summary
    Possess in-depth knowledge of offset products like Inks, coatings, Chemicals, Blankets & Rollers, along with their properties, applications, and compatibility with various substrates and printing methods. Stay informed about industry trends and Printing technology advancements.
    Prepare detailed technical reports based on trial outcomes, enabling the lab to make necessary product modifications.
    Manage corporate and dealership sales for sheet-fed products inks, coatings, blankets, and press room chemicals across the North and Eastern regions.
    Expand the customer base in collaboration with dealers.
    Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements, providing guidance on product selection and usage. Offer technical support and troubleshooting to resolve application challenges.
    Conduct application testing and validation on different substrates and printing equipment. Analyze results, provide recommendations, and optimize ink formulations for print quality, color accuracy, adhesion, and durability.
    Conduct training sessions for customers on application techniques, best practices, and equipment maintenance. Provide guidance on handling, storage, and safety precautions, including colorimetric analysis and data assortment.
    Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, visits, and follow-ups, ensuring satisfaction by addressing their application challenges.
    Maintain open communication with the Industrialization team, participating in meetings and sharing information on all product needs based on customer feedback and market trends.
    Keep accurate records of customer interactions, application test results, and provided recommendations. Generate reports on application performance, customer feedback, and market trends for internal teams and management.
