Job Description
- Lead assigned maintenance team to ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff to improve skills and performance.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control for maintenance operations.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Relevant certifications or technical training preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance needs.
- Valid Driver's License that meets company Authorized Driver Criteria
- Paid training.
