Dozer Operator

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate bulldozer equipment safely and efficiently to move, load, and grade material.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure reliability.
• Maintain proper stockpile management and site organization.
• Follow all safety procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with team members to support daily production goals.

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment, including dozers, in an industrial setting.
• Strong awareness of site safety practices and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Ability to work productively in a team-oriented environment with effective communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude to identify equipment issues and perform routine checks.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to adapt to changing job site conditions.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
