- Employee Experience
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve employee experience across the lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure policies and practices are aligned with our values and principles of diversity, inclusion and belonging.
- Engagement & PruVoice
- Take part in the planning and execution of Groupwide engagement survey - PruVoice, ensuring robust employee feedback mechanisms.
- Analyse PruVoice results to derive actionable insights.
- Assist in developing strategies to amplify employee voice and foster a culture of listening and responsiveness.
