onsemi is seeking a driven, self-motivated professional to join their Logistics team. As a Logistics Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with global teams in support of equipment shipments and carrier relationships as part of a dynamic logistics environment.

Lead regular meetings with key carriers to review performance and any issues.

Create and present quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to onsemi’s carrier base.

Assist with the issue and follow up on 8D requests (Formal damage investigations)

Coordinate ad hoc spot quote requests across multiple providers and shipments.

Participate in the Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementation.

Identify and implement process improvements.

Data Analytics utilization to drive efficiencies
- Coordinate the logistics related activities with Forwarders, Factory Engineers, End Users and Factory Logistics on a per request basis. Monitor from pick up to delivery
- Conducts the spot rate with Forwarders for ad hoc shipment request
- Provide review and approval of rate requests from freight forwarders
- Communicate with carriers, internal logistics, planning, buyers and customer service organizations
- Manage internal/external customers enquiries and provide various Logistics supports
- Perform cost analysis, write and review corrective actions submitted by carriers for admin quality incidents
- Responsible for claim filing with carriers relative to loss/damage
- Manage supplier adherence to routing instructions
- Conduct data analysis and modeling for continuous operation improvement.
- Perform additional tasks that may be needed/assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting demands and priorities.
- SQL or PL/SQL skills a plus
- Experience with Power BI and Tableau a plus
- Excel and Microsoft Office skills
