Job Description
- TMG by client is seeking a Self-Directed Personal Care (SDPC) Specialist who is responsible for assisting with quality audits,
- Complete internal monthly audits of SDPC (nursing) records.
- Create quarterly reports in relation to audit outcomes.
- Maintain internal database including status updates and clean up.
- Provide assistance with intake of referrals.
- Candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Be very proficient with MS Office suite such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access.
- Must be well organized with attention to detail.
- Must have ability to multi-task with varied timelines.
- Must be able to work independently and have strong organization and planning skills.
- Must be able to meet production goals with high degree of accuracy.
- Be flexible and be able to adapt to changing business demands.
- Must be results oriented individual with desire and strong work ethic.
- Ability to adapt to different healthcare market segments.
- Must be able to maintain confidential information and use discretion in handling operations.
