Kasara Lounge Manager
Job Description
The Kasara Lounge Manager is responsible for the overall management, service excellence, and financial performance of the Club Lounge. This role ensures an exceptional, personalized luxury experience for Club Room and Suite guests while upholding Anantara brand standards, driving guest satisfaction, and leading a high-performing service team.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury hotel operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong exposure to personalized luxury services such as Butler Service, Club Lounge, or Guest Experience Management.
- Skilled in performance management, including appraisals, feedback, and corrective action.
- Experience in luxury or lifestyle hospitality brands is highly preferred.
