Training Coordinator

Position Summary: Oversee plant-wide training compliance, manage training programs through applicable Learning Management Systems (LMS). Ensures training data is accurately maintained to meet regulatory compliance requirements. Leads the development and implementation of departmental lesson plans. Supports creation and implementation of standardized work.
