Job Description
Project Manager
Join Thomson Reuters' Professional Services team and make a real impact on how global enterprises manage their tax, finance, and compliance operations. We're scaling our ONESOURCE and Pagero e-invoicing implementation practice, and we need a talented Project Manager who thrives on orchestrating complex transformations and building lasting customer relationships.
In this role, you'll own the full customer journey from kick-off to go-live and beyond. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver implementations that generate measurable business value. If you love solving puzzles, driving accountability, and seeing your work transform how organizations operate, this could be your next big challenge.
This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
About the Role
In this opportunity as a Project Manager, you will:
Lead ONESOURCE and Pagero Implementations: Manage multiple concurrent customer implementation projects across tax technology, compliance, and e-invoicing solutions, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and aligned to customer objectives.
Own the End-to-End Project Plan: Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resourcing requirements across customer and internal workstreams.
Drive Delivery Governance: Lead project kick-offs, implementation workshops, steering committees, status meetings, and checkpoint reviews to ensure stakeholders remain aligned and delivery stays on track.
Manage Complex Stakeholder Environments: Work closely with customer stakeholders across tax, finance, procurement, compliance, IT, and executive leadership to support successful adoption of ONESOURCE and Pagero solutions.
Proactively Manage Risks and Issues: Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early, develop mitigation plans, and escalate appropriately to protect project outcomes.
Oversee Scope, Change, and Commercial Impact: Manage scope discussions, assess change requests, support commercial conversations, and ensure project delivery remains aligned with agreed contractual commitments.
Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless handoffs, strong delivery execution, and long-term customer success.
Champion Quality and Customer Success: Ensure implementations meet Thomson Reuters' delivery standards, compliance requirements, and customer satisfaction goals, while continuously improving implementation playbooks and delivery practices.
