Leaves Benefits Specialist

Griffin Health is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Leave and Benefits Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This critical role ensures that team members’ leave of absence (LOA) and workers’ compensation (WC) requests are managed with accuracy, empathy, and strict confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in applicable state and federal leave laws and be committed to providing high-quality support to employees navigating complex leave situations. · Bachelor’s degree preferred · Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience required. · Prior experience managing leaves of absence and workers’ compensation cases highly preferred. · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and HRIS systems required, experience with UKG is a plus.
