Overview The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for leading and executing end-to-end ecommerce strategy to drive online revenue growth, optimize digital performance, and enhance customer experience across all ecommerce channels. This role requires strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, marketplace expertise, and cross-functional leadership. Responsibilities Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth. Manage day-to-day operations of ecommerce platforms (website, marketplace, etc.). Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination. Analyze sales performance, traffic, and customer behavior to optimize conversion rates. Collaborate with marketing teams on digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, paid ads). Ensure seamless user experience and website functionality. Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Creative, Operations, Finance) to ensure smooth execution. Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, or related field Minimum 4–6 years of experience in ecommerce, preferably in FMCG, retail, or a digital agency. Proven track record in driving online sales growth. Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. Experience managing marketplace ads and promotions. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and ecommerce dashboards. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
