Base Salary plus unlimited commission, Annual Range: $48,000 - $350,000

Join the most dynamic team in mortgage lending, a true portfolio lender that makes its own decisions and creates solutions to help mortgage brokers provide opportunities and satisfy their borrower's lending needs.

LendSure specializes in non-QM mortgage solutions, and we are seeking consultative and service-oriented account executives. You should possess a high work ethic and be very coachable. No mortgage experience is required, but a background in sales is preferred.

You'll participate in 3 months of paid training on a base salary to learn the business and equip yourself with the tools and knowledge you need to be effective in a B2B environment. You will be forging relationships with loan officers who are often industry veterans, and you need to know more than they do to properly guide them. Once you hit the field, you'll have a transitionary comp plan before being placed on what is essentially a commission only plan. This job carries a low floor, but a very high ceiling, offering you the opportunity to earn upwards of $350k a year. Initially you'll be required to be in the office in San Diego CA five days a week, but as you prove yourself, you'll earn flexibility to work from home.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Account Executive ("AE") drives maximum growth, develops prospective accounts, and maintains loan production from active accounts.

As a full-time Wholesale Account Executive at LendSure Mortgage Corp, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through warm calls, presentations, and relationship establishment/management. You will balance identifying and qualifying new opportunities with managing and closing your existing pipeline of loans. You will collaborate closely with the operations team to advance leads through the sales cycle to a successful funding. You will leverage your strong communication skills to set proper expectations, sell terms/pricing, and ask for referrals as you look to build your network of partnered loan officers.
