Website https://www.publicisresources.com Overview The purpose of this role is to provide assistance for Singapore market, to the Payroll Team Lead in all aspects of Payroll and the Payroll Team for Re:Sources incorporating all the agencies within the Shared Services Organisation. Responsibilities The key Accountabilities are, but not limited to: Preparation and Delivery of Monthly/1st Run/Adhoc/Exit Payroll to all Brands as covered by SSC Payroll SLA Preparation and adherence to Resources Monthly Payroll timetables. Preparation and Delivery of all Payroll associated payments as instructed by the Payroll Manager relating to: CPF and SHF calculations and remittances Government paid leave filing and claims PAY Summaries Payroll Tax etc Preparation and Management of all Payroll Reporting Functions for both statutory and Brand requirements Preparation for approval within Re:Sources of all Statutory Bodies/Regulation and ensuring future changes are identified and communicated to all Brands and Re:Sources as instructed by the Payroll SSC Payroll and agencies’ HR/Finance. Assistance to external and internal Audit requirements as directed by the SSC Payroll SLA Assist the SSC payroll team and agencies’ stakeholders for the continued review and make sound recommendation for the improvement of the processes, and procedures of the group Ensure prompt resolutions of any account queries and disputes. Ensuring all internal record management is maintained to comply with all audit standards. Set and communicate clear team direction, creating a motivated and positive working environment within the team. Ad hoc projects as required. Qualifications Experience/Qualifications Minimum 2 - 5 years experience in Payroll Position Knowledge Senior knowledge in the preparation of Payroll, Tax, and other related payroll matters Senior knowledge in the report preparation of statutory and employee payroll data and analysis. Sound knowledge of Spreadsheet and analysis skills Skills (including technology) Intermediate skills in Excel Experienced in Payroll system Attributes/behaviours The key attributes required are an ability to work within tight weekly/monthly deadlines with an independent work ethic. Consistent and strong attention to detail A team player with strong ability to effectively communicate issues and subsequent resolution in a customer focused, service driven manner. Ability to multi task and meet competing deadlines Additional information Business Compliance Ensure a sound understanding of, and demonstrate commitment to and comply with all statutory legislation and Publicis Groupe Policies (Janus) relevant to your role and all activities undertaken in that role. Personal & Team Accountabilities Actively develop and maintain strong working relationships with all Re:Sources personnel both at a interpersonal level and across all business processes within the wider business environment. Actively maintain communication and behaviour standards that foster a culture of strong customer and service excellence both within Re:Sources and across all customer and supplier organisations. Health and Safety ** COMPULSORY FOR AMEA and OPTIIONAL FOR OTHER COUNTRIES ** Undertake all work in a safe manner and follow all company and workplace health and safety procedures. Identify new hazards and advise manager or workplace H&S representative/co-ordinator within 24 hours of identification. Report incidents and accidents to manager or workplace H&S representative/co-ordinator as soon as possible Key relationships (internal &/or external): Agency Financial Team Agency Business Managers Internal Resources Finance Teams
