College and Career Readiness Coordinator - Our Lady of Tepeyac High School - Chicago - Vic. III

The College and Career Readiness Coordinator at Our Lady of Tepeyac High School supports the implementation of initiatives to prepare students for post-secondary success. By fostering strong relationships with students, families, faculty, and external partners, the Coordinator ensures every student understands the college application process and is supported in choosing and applying to institutions that align with her goals and aspirations. The Director also helps students explore career opportunities and develop leadership skills through comprehensive programming and strategic partnerships. This position collaborates with the Director of College and Career Readiness, the Principal and the President to achieve program goals.
