Geotechnical Designer

Purpose of Job Stantec has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Geotechnical Engineer to join our Pune Team on a permanent basis. This role will be involved in carrying out geotechnical investigations, GIS, or design on a wide range of civil engineering projects in locations across APAC region including the Philippines.

Essential Functions • Assisting senior staff on geotechnical projects • Field investigation work often remote • Geological mapping of project land. • Analysis of rock mechanic test results • Soil, surface, and groundwater sampling • Logging of core and subsurface conditions • Construction inspections and supervision • Proposal and report writing
