Job Description
- Manage complex executive team calendars; schedule and plan for executive meetings, conference calls,
speeches, presentations, luncheons and various appointments while keeping business priorities in mind.
- Arrange travel needs for executive team; book flights and prepare point-to-point travel itineraries, including
driving directions, hotel reservations, and ground transportation arrangements.
