Join Millennium Print Group as an Overwrap Operator!
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Overwrap Operator to join our manufacturing team in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you'll operate overwrap equipment, support production goals, and ensure high-quality products are delivered safely and efficiently. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have strong mechanical aptitude, we'd love to hear from you.

Schedule: Full-time, Onsite

What You'll Do
- Set up and operate overwrap equipment, including feeders, wrappers, scales, conveyor systems, and shrink wrap equipment.
- Review job jackets and production schedules to ensure accurate job setup and execution.
- Monitor machine performance to achieve production, quality, and efficiency goals.
- Troubleshoot routine machine issues and perform basic equipment adjustments.
- Conduct quality inspections throughout production runs to ensure products meet customer specifications.
- Record production results, downtime, and operational data in company systems.
- Monitor inventory and production supplies and communicate replenishment needs.
- Support team members to ensure efficient workflow and operational success.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
What You'll Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of experience operating manufacturing or production equipment preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Familiarity with automated production equipment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic computer skills and experience using production systems preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Experience working in an ISO-regulated environment is a plus.
