How you'll make an impact Maintain strong client and reinsurer relationships and driving the production process for new business. Utilize developed knowledge to oversee the generation of new business from both new prospects and existing clients. Meet in-person with clients, client teams, and reinsurers to develop strong business relationships and ensure client retention in this highly competitive market. Work with the wider broking team, actuaries and cat modelers to analyze insurance risks on a portfolio level in order to advise clients on reinsurance treaty structures to mitigate downside risk and improve capital efficiency. Negotiate and place reinsurance treaties utilizing appropriate markets from the US, London, Bermuda and around the world. Negotiate favorable quotes and prepares recommendations. Ensure company, market and client related documentation is issued (internally and externally) accurately and on time working in conjunction with the Junior Broker and Placement Support team. Comply with external and internal regulatory and statutory policies, procedures and regulations. Coordinate internal resources, such as analytics, contracts and client services to provide solutions to clients. Meet with senior managers of client companies to present materials About You Required Minimum Position Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Enterprise Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field of study, AND Two (2) Years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation in which the required experience was gained.
