What you´ll do Member of the Infrastructure Protection Repair Network Operations Leadership Team and the region’s functional Quality Leadership Team. Accountable for network orchestration and execution of the Quality strategy and change agenda. Implement Global and region processes/ standards/ programs in the network. Ensure the effectiveness and consistent implementation of existing processes. Identify and drive Quality initiatives specific to the network. Identify systemic issues across the network and drive to resolution; escalate critical issues to Region and Global Quality Head. Lead and coach a team of Quality professionals in the network, develop team members. Communicate with external parties including customers and suppliers. Drive improvement in Quality KPIs and review KPI performance with Network Leadership Team. Enforce IMS maintenance for all related standards, internal external, drive continual improvement through audit/ assessment (ISO9001, IATF16949, AS9100, GMP, FSCC22001) Lead, champion, and promote the zero-defect Quality culture in his/her network through communication and training programs. Responsible to stop the processing, shipment, or use of poor-quality products.
