Overview The ideal experienced and strategic Social Media Manager will lead and oversee our social media presence across all platforms. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and executing high impact content strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and ultimately business growth. You’ll collaborate closely with multiple teams to ensure that social media efforts align with overall business goals and initiatives. This role requires a balance of creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on management to deliver consistent, brand-aligned content that resonates with our audience. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive social media content strategies that align with business objectives, brand guidelines, and target audience needs Create and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms Lead the content creation process, including brainstorming, designing, and producing engaging multimedia content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) tailored for each platform. Manage Specialists team assigned to brands being handled Participate in new business opportunities Qualifications Leadership Communication Problem-solving Social Media Expertise (Proficiency in managing social brands and communities mainly on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, Youtube; Experience handling Viber Communities, Giphy, Spotify) Additional information Publicis Groupe concluded the year 2024 as the world's largest advertising group, driven by strong performance, including an organic growth rate of 6.3% in the fourth quarter, leading to a 5.8% increase for the full year.
