Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager

Reporting to the Visual Merchandising Manager, this role is responsible for supporting the retail network in the design, maintenance and execution of all areas of Creative Visual Merchandising and Store Development.

 

You’ll play a key role in evolving our store experience, leading prop development, managing creative & POS briefs, and ensuring strong brand execution across all markets.

 

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Support the delivery and execution of the VM strategy across the retail network
  • Evolve the in-store experience through creative thinking and innovation
  • Lead creative, POS and collateral briefs in partnership with Marketing
  • Manage prop development and VM assets
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure a consistent and elevated brand experience
  • Manage and develop the VM Coordinator
  • Contribute ideas, initiatives and insights to improve team performance and outcomes

  • Strong experience in a Visual Merchandising role
  • Experience leading or developing team members
  • Deadline driven, Flexible and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Strong creativity with a commercial mindset
  • Excellent planning, coordination and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capability
