Overview We are hiring a Programmatic Business Director to play a pivotal role in shaping how world‑class brands grow through programmatic media. This is a senior leadership opportunity where strategy, people development, and client impact come together at scale. You’ll lead a large, highly skilled team, influence the direction of Zenith’s programmatic offering, and partner with clients to deliver meaningful, measurable growth. Responsibilities What you’ll be doing Lead and inspire a multi‑market team of programmatic specialists, creating clarity, momentum, and a strong sense of shared purpose Own the strategic direction of several high‑profile client accounts, ensuring programmatic activity delivers clear business outcomes Grow revenue across your portfolio by identifying new opportunities and championing relevant Publicis Groupe products and solutions Partner with senior stakeholders and clients to design innovative programmatic roadmaps and future‑focused strategies Develop talent through coaching, structured feedback, career conversations, and thoughtful resource planning Improve operational ways of working, designing processes that enable quality, consistency, and scalability Contribute to the wider agency by sharing thought leadership, testing new approaches, and elevating programmatic best practice Qualifications Skills we’re looking for Significant experience in a senior programmatic leadership role within an agency environment A strong track record of leading and developing large, diverse teams with care and clarity Experience managing complex client portfolios across brand and performance objectives Commercial confidence, with evidence of driving sustainable revenue growth and new business success Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs such as DV360 and The Trade Desk The ability to engage credibly with senior clients, balancing strategic vision with practical delivery Curiosity, collaboration, and a desire to keep evolving how programmatic media creates value Additional information Zenith International offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
