Planner (Traffic & Transportation)

This position will be integrally involved in the daily Transportation activities for Electric Boat Corporation which includes but are not limited to shipyard trade requests and special projects.  The incumbent will need to exercise problem recognition and resolution skills and will be required to interface with various levels of management and shipyard personnel in order to ensure work completion. Compliance with safety, quality, environmental, cost schedule and process improvement attributes are mandatory.  This incumbent must be familiar with D.O.T.
