Warehouse Pharmacist (18-month contract) - Ho Chi Minh

As the Logistics and Production Planning Staff you will be responsible for providing administrative duties, communications and project management support for the Logistics Performance Team.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:
- Support the Leadership Team with coordination of key projects and general administration.
- Provide supplemental support to senior and executive staff.
- Assist in the supervision and work assignments of outsourced administrative staff.
- Manage the records retention team sites, GSK community sites, and file shares.
- Administrator for the service catalogue.
- Complete Workday tasks as assigned and delegated.
- Work and support the service design framework.
- Change management for input and design.
- Communication champion across Global Manufacturing Supply team.
- Manage organization distribution lists, organizational charts, and associated content.
- Create and maintain community websites and team sites as well as work with other staff to maintain their sites.
- Seek ways to improve digital collaborations within and outside the teams.
- Work closely with other logistics, Global Manufacturing Supply and GSK communications staff in assisting with town halls, all hands meetings, and monitor displays.
- Assist in staff engagement activities and skip level meeting preparation and orange activities.

- Some college or equivalent work experience (consult manager on equivalent work experience)
Preferred Qualifications:

- Business Administration/Project Coordination
- Technically savvy in the Microsoft software platform and web tools
- Knowledge of GSK systems, processes and policies
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal, communications and written skills
