Director, Contracts

Director, Contracts leads TCOM contracts department and the personnel within that group. Provides leadership required to foster and implement value added change to the enterprise. Provides senior level guidance on highly complex US Government, commercial and international contract issues to senior management, program managers and contracts personnel. Directs personnel and activities of the geographically dispersed contracts department as well as plans, develops, and implements policies, procedures, and objectives that support the contract administration function in accordance with objectives of the organization.
