What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients with a warm, hospitality‑driven approach
- Manage check‑in/check‑out with accuracy and grace
- Verify insurance, collect co‑pays, and support financial transparency
- Coordinate referrals and ensure smooth communication with specialists
- Schedule appointments on behalf of patients with efficiency and care
- Process prescription refills and collaborate with pharmacies
- Maintain meticulous EMR documentation
- Support physicians and clinical staff to deliver a truly concierge‑level experience

Job Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- Experience in typing and data entry
- Concierge Medical experience is preferred
- Minimum One year experience in a medical office
Abilities required
- Basic medical terminology
- Visual and aural acuity to detect patients condition
- Good physical and mental health

Pay Range: $20 - $22 per hour
