Global HR Business Partner (m/f/d)
Job Description
As a Global HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you are part of the AUMOVIO Business Area User Experience Human Relations team. Your responsibilities include the following tasks:
· Participation in strategic HR projects, including the implementation of defined measures
· Support and advice for managers within the assigned area of responsibility
· Management of core HR processes such as talent management, compensation management, grading, recruitment and organizational development
· Execution of recruitment activities within the designated area of responsibility
· Conducting job evaluations and classifications as well as implementing compensation changes in accordance with company policies
· Planning, execution and support of the entire personnel development process
· Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders

The ideal candidate (m/f/diverse) has the following qualifications:
· Completed university degree in business administration, law or a related field with a focus on human resources
· Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a HR Business Partner, including international experience
· Solid knowledge of employment law required
· Familiarity with compensation systems
· Strong customer orientation as well as negotiation skills and ability to resolve conflicts
· Clear and open communication style, strong networking skills and excellent intercultural competences
· Strong team spirit
· Fluent English language skills, written and spoken
