Blue Jay ABA is dedicated to delivering high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our team of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) works one-on-one with each child and their family to provide personalized, evidence-based care.
At Blue Jay ABA, we are driven by compassion and integrity in our work with clients and are equally committed to fostering a positive, empowering workplace for our staff. We are currently hiring enthusiastic and dependable BTs/RBTs who share our mission to enhance the lives of individuals with ASD.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
- Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software
- Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
- Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
