Covenant Woods

Covenant Woods has been serving the needs of seniors in the Richmond area for more than 140 years.

Today, in the beautiful natural environment of our 96 acre campus in Hanover County, we provide an amenities-rich community with extensive programs and services that contribute to the health and independence of those who live here.

Covenant Woods is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation led by a volunteer Board. As a Life Plan Community, the majority of our residents reside in independent living apartments or cottages and lead active lives.
