Registered Nurse - RN nights - PRN

This position is primarily responsible for performing nursing functions within the skilled nursing households that require a licensed registered nurse, including passing medications or monitoring medication aides, observing residents’ condition and communicating them to the physician as needed. Provides medical and physical care to the residents of the household to meet their daily needs and enable them to function at the highest possible level. Provides each resident with routine daily nursing care and other desired services in accordance with assessment, choices and plan of care.
