For More information call (912) 355-2289 Hospice Savannah, Inc. is a not for profit hospice founded by the community in 1979, offering a continuum of care from palliative support and caregiver support following the initial diagnosis of a serious progressive illness; hospice care when there is a prognosis of six months or less; and bereavement support for patients’ loved ones and for anyone in the community.

The only hospice in the Coastal Empire to be accredited by the Joint Commission we serve patients throughout Bryan, Chatham, Effingham, Long and Liberty counties.

It is a member agency of the United Way of the Coastal Empire, the National Partnership for Hospice Innovation and the Georgia Hospice and Palliative Care Organization.

It has affiliations with many academic programs in the Savannah area and offers education and residency opportunities for nurses, medical residents, social workers and more.
