Humboldt Park Health is a 123-year-old safety-net hospital located in the Humboldt Park neighborhood of Chicago, committed to providing high quality, affordable, and compassionate health services by partnering with patients and their families, its employees and physicians.

Humboldt Park Health believes that its role as the primary community health care provider is to treat and cure disease and to promote wellness through health education, prevention, and early intervention.

Services include in-patient acute care, emergency care, diagnostic services and primary care in a 200-bed hospital, as well as a full-service professional building, community clinics, and two mobile health units.
