Behavioral Health Outpatient Therapist

Provides specialized group and individual therapy to adult and geriatric patients using clinical skills and intervention techniques to assess, treat and manage patient population. Educate patients about their health conditions and develop a plan to address their personal health care needs. Responsible for coordinating care needs for patients suffering from addiction or psychiatrist conditions.

• BLS
• CPI *Must have Master’s level degree in in Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, or related field. Must be licensed as an LPC, LSW, LCSW, or LCPC
