Overseeing and providing comprehensive mental health services for children and adults in Winnebago and Boone Counties in Illinois. • Responsible for all Adult Mental Health Services for Rosecrance; offering full continuum of care for individuals with mental illness who pursue lasting recovery • A leader in the largest behavioral health organization in the Midwest • Provide oversight to over 135 staff serving 6,000 individuals annually • Responsible for overall budget of $8.9 million annually • Demonstrate an unwavering dedication to organization Mission and true advocate for those we serve • Serving on the following committees: Client Care Continuum, Committee of Professional Services, Boone County Behavioral Task Force, • Astute grant writer with awards for funding through Federal, State and County contracts
