About Us Founded in 1916, we are a physician-owned & led multi-specialty group based in South Bend, Indiana. The South Bend Clinic encompasses 5 campus locations throughout North Central Indiana with our main campus and ambulatory surgery center located in downtown South Bend.

The Clinic employs over 630 staff , including 125+ providers in 21 different medical and surgical specialties. 2016 was a special year as we celebrated our 100th year anniversary and continue to grow! Our success stems from our rich history!

Today, we are the largest multi-specialty clinic in Indiana!
