Over four decades we have developed, acquired, and managed more than 20,000 housing units and 24 million square feet across California.

Since 2015, our current leadership team has deployed $1.5 billion in total capital across 3,200 units of multifamily, student housing, and mixed-use properties in the San Francisco Bay Area and select California submarkets.

Our investment strategy targets infill locations near durable demand drivers — universities, healthcare systems, and major employment centers — in markets where persistent housing demand meets structural supply constraints.
