Martin Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and skilled Sales & Back up F&I professional to join our team at Volkswagen San Bernardino. This role offers the opportunity to drive vehicle sales while supporting finance and insurance operations, contributing to the dealership's overall success. Responsibilities:
- Assist in sales activities to meet and exceed dealership targets.
- Support the Finance & Insurance (F&I) manager with contract processing and customer financing needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and finance process.
- Build rapport with customers, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
- Maintain knowledge of dealership products, services, and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and policies related to automotive sales and financing.
- Assist with paperwork and documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Prior experience in automotive sales and/or finance preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Proficient with computers and dealership software systems.
- Professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
