Zumbro Valley Health Center

Zumbro Valley Health Center is a private non-profit organization that provides mental health, substance use disorder, primary care, and community-based services to twelve counties throughout southeastern Minnesota.

We believe that improving our clients’ mental health outcomes is not achieved by a single person or program, but rather it’s a person-centric, coordinated approach to their care.
