We are seeking a passionate customer focused Full-Time Sales Associate to join the Holland Cooper Team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, representing the brand with pride, and contributing to the achievement of store sales aand performance objectives. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service, consistently going above and beyond for customers. Act as a brand ambassador, always representing Holland Cooper professionally. Maintain high standards of housekeeping, merchandising, and overall store presentation. Accurately follow till operations, stock control, and sales procedures. Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPI objectives. Monitor stock security and promptly report any issues or concerns to management. Develop and maintain excellent product and brand knowledge to effectively advise customers. Attend and actively participate in all company training initiatives and development programs. Ensure compliance with all health & safety policies, procedures and regulations. Qualifications Customer focused with a proactive, enthusiastic, and friendly approach. Naturally sales-driven, with the ability to inspire confidence and enthusiasm in customers. Strong team player who works collaboratively to achieve business goals and deadlines. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Previous experience within luxury, premium, or fashion retail is desirable. Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Professional and polished personal presentation. Reliable, committed, and motivated by long-term career development opportunities. Passionate about fashion, retail, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Conscientious, dependable, and able to take ownership of responsibilities.
