About the Role

As a Physical Therapist Assistant PTA, you will be an integral part of our rehabilitation team, working closely with our experienced physical therapists to design and implement individualized therapy plans for our patients. Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans, including exercises, stretches, and modalities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness

• Implement therapy plans under the supervision of a physical therapist, ensuring patient safety and effectiveness

• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes

• Participate in in-service training and education to stay current with best practices and industry developments

Ideal Candidate

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Possess a strong understanding of physical therapy principles and techniques

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
