About the Position
As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our strategic customer relationships and driving business growth. You will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to our most important clients.
Your core responsibilities will include:
* Developing and executing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
* Building and nurturing long-term, high-value relationships with key decision-makers.
* Leading complex contract negotiations and ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
* Presenting innovative solutions, particularly in the area of Cloud Services, tailored to meet client needs.
* Utilizing CRM systems like Salesforce to manage sales pipelines and customer data effectively.

Must-Have Skills
- Excellence in Key Account Management
- Proven experience in contract negotiation
