Job Description
- Manage and execute processes for timely, cost-effective procurement while working with partners and internal cross-functional teams.
- Build and conceptualize capabilities on spend analytics, leveraging advanced data analytics to drive executive alignment and operational efficiency. Drive cost productivity improvements through price negotiations, secondary sourcing, and procurement process improvements.
- Lead sourcing and escalation activities with suppliers and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) for price, lead-time, or shortage issues. Drive timely Request for Quotation (RFQ), release of orders, material delivery to hub, root cause analysis for late deliveries, and invoice resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning root cause analysis and Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) investigation. Ensure improvement in material delivery metrics, past due orders, shortage management, invoicing, and supplier management.
- Execute cross-functional program management required for supplier setup and procurement execution with internal and external stakeholders.
