Medical Assistant - Endocrinology

Upperline Health is seeking an Endocrinology Medical Assistant who offers high quality, patient centered care in a value-based practice.
In our patient-centered and outcome driven environment the Endocrinology Medical Assistant supports patients in office with duties in-office such as rooming patients, obtaining medical history and taking vital signs as well as ensuring care beyond the moment by coordinating care, supporting extended care team efforts and conducting proactive outreach to improve outcomes and patient experience.

This role will be on-site in our Munster, Hobart, and Valparaiso offices.
