You will join the BCG Baku Finance team for a 6-month internship, gaining hands-on experience across four areas: corporate card reporting (monthly reconciliations and spend reports), expense management (end-to-end processing and review of employee expense claims), compliance (monitoring adherence to BCG internal policies and escalating exceptions), and Accounts Payable support (invoice processing, vendor follow-up, and month-end closing). Working closely with senior Finance colleagues, you will help maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial data across the EMC (East Mediterranean and Caspian) region.

 

You Are Good At

  • High accuracy when handling large volumes of transactional data;
  • A structured approach to finance and accounting tasks, with the ability to manage information flows effectively;
  • A compliance mindset, with attention to policy adherence and a proactive approach to flagging issues;
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and support senior colleagues;
  • Clear and organized reporting, producing reconciliations and summaries that are easy for stakeholders to review.


  • You bring (experience and qualifications):
  • University degree (BSc or MSc) completed or ongoing in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance;
  • Good proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel, with hands-on experience in Excel;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in Azerbaijani, Russian and English (C1);
  • Full time availability;
  • Cooperative approach, ability to work in team;
  • Attention to details and accuracy.


You will be working within the Finance department of BCG Caspian, responsible for preserving the intellectual capital, assets, and integrity of BCG. This team makes a decisive impact on the firm’s direction, performance, and risk-management models. Finance jobs include accounting and reporting, planning and analysis, tax and treasury, financial systems, payroll, and executive compensation.
