Job Description

Boston Consulting Group partners with leaders in business and society to tackle their most important challenges and capture their greatest opportunities. BCG was the pioneer in business strategy when it was founded in 1963. Today, we help clients with total transformation-inspiring complex change, enabling organizations to grow, building competitive advantage, and driving bottom-line impact.

To succeed, organizations must blend digital and human capabilities. Our diverse, global teams bring deep industry and functional expertise and a range of perspectives to spark change. BCG delivers solutions through leading-edge management consulting along with technology and design, corporate and digital ventures—and business purpose. We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.

Join our Mobility team and gain firsthand experience in the people side of a global organization. In this role, you will support employees across the Nordic region, helping them relocate between BCG offices and supporting international hires as they move to one of our Nordic offices. You’ll gain exposure to HR processes, international workforce management, immigration and relocation matters, and cross-border collaboration.

As Student Worker, you’ll take ownership of a variety of administrative and coordination tasks while also contributing to process improvements and new ways of working. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the Nordics and BCG’s global network, giving you a unique perspective on how an international organization operates.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting relocation and immigration processes for employees and international hires, including coordinating logistics, tracking cases, and liaising with relevant stakeholders
  • Managing relocation allowances, one-time payments, and invoice administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Tracking mobility-related costs and contributing to regular reporting activities
  • Maintaining accurate employee and workforce data across HR systems
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding administration as it relates to relocating or internationally mobile employees
  • Assisting with process documentation and contributing to operational improvements within the mobility function, helping out with AI-driven automations and tools.

This role is best suited for someone pursuing a university degree and looking for a part-time position

  • Currently pursuing a university degree, preferably within Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Interest in global mobility, HR operations, and international collaboration
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a structured manner
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • A proactive, service-oriented, and collaborative mindset

You will be part of BCG’s Nordic Mobility team in Stockholm, working closely with colleagues across the Nordic region and also globally. The team is responsible for supporting employee mobility, helping employees and candidates navigate international relocations and office transfers.

You will also collaborate with HR colleagues, external relocation and immigration partners, and employees across BCG’s global network.

We are looking for someone who can commit to the role for approximately 12 months while continuing their studies (starting from August/September). The position is part-time (50% of weekly hours), making it well suited to combine with university studies while gaining valuable professional experience.
