Job Description
At Franciscan, the Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support and organization to designated leaders, supporting the efficient and effective management of department operations. This position deals with a diverse group of external stakeholders, as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization, and must maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information. In addition, this position organizes schedules, prepares documents for meetings, constructs specialized letters and documentation, and addresses visitors and stakeholders. In all, the Administrative Assistant is a key component of the office.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Act as liaison between the Senior VP, Associate Dean's, Professors, college faculty, and various Management/Corporate and Regional Staff, and government agencies.
Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for the office.
Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying.
Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the executives, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's Degree - Preferred
Required High School Diploma/GED - Required
5 years office experience - Required
