Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, and maintain pricing models, rate structures, and profitability analyses.
- Support pricing proposals, renewals
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify pricing opportunities, risks, and revenue optimization strategies.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Leadership teams to support strategic pricing decisions.
- Conduct variance analysis and monitor pricing performance against established KPIs.
- Ensure pricing compliance with internal controls, contractual terms, and organizational policies.
- Support ad hoc financial and data analysis requests related to profitability, customer segmentation, and pricing strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, revenue management, or related analytical roles.
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Strong data analytics skills with experience in interpreting large datasets and generating actionable insights.
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar platforms preferred.
- Strong understanding of pricing methodologies, profitability analysis, and business financial drivers.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and quantitative analysis skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present analytical findings to leadership.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work night shift schedules (US hours) and during PH Holidays.
- Must be able to work at Alabang, Muntinlupa when work in the office resumes (temp WFH).
