What are the Key Deliverables in this role?
Financial Outcomes
- Preparation of Financial statements (Standalone & Consolidated) – PL , Working Capital , Cashflow , Balance sheet and related schedules
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting as per calendar in accordance with accounting standards.
- Manage and supervise accounting function. Ensure proper accounting methods, policies and principles are followed.
- Coordinate in preparing budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget , LE and PY
- Develop and maintain effective financial control and accounting systems and policies for overall business
- Responsible for overheads monitoring, control within Budgets and LE
Business partnering
- Work closely with all functions in improvement opportunities to optimize the processes, decrease cost & Working Capital Optimization through innovative and transformation mindset.
- End-to-end coordination with statutory auditors for all requirements.
- Partner in evaluating various cost synergies in to strengthen financials.
- Partner with ROW team - PL reporting all cuts , Interco price evaluation and fixation, Qtrly Margin difference adjustments
- Collaborating with all the functions drives the overheads costs within Budget and LE
Internal Processes
- Support for finance transformation project, digitalization and automation to effectively improve ways of working.
- Provide input for improvements in process and procedures
Innovation and Learning
- Work together with business for the preparation of Annual Budgets, Financial Forecasting and Medium-term plans.
- Optimization through innovative and transformation mindset.
